Q.    What payment methods do you accept?
A.     We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, and Payal "Bill Me Later" Service is now available.
Money orders and cashiers checks are accepted through the USPS Mail and should be made out to: the birdhouse chick

Personal checks are also accepted, but must clear the bank prior to shipping your order.
There will be a returned check fee of $35.00.  Payments may be mailed to:

Please be sure to print your order and include it with your payment. There is an option for check payment so that your order may be completed and printed.

Q.    What shipping methods do you use?
A.    We use FedEx, UPS Ground, and USPS Mail.
We try to use the most economical service for our customers.
Some items may ship from different artists or locations.

Q.    Do you charge sales tax on purchases?
A.    Items purchased within the state of Georgia do incur 7% state sales tax.
No other states will incur a sales tax.

Q.    How can I purchase a gift certificate?
A.    Gift Cards may be purchased online, and downloaded immediately upon receipt.
The link to download the e-gift card will appear on your order confirmation before leaving the website.
We'll be happy to personalize a gift card too, and send it along to your recipient via e-mail or snail mail... at no extra charge.
