Ten compartment Martin House is crafted in high style after the real Hotel California. Stunning Victorian design with signature red roof and peek-a-boo dormers, it's complete with cupola and American flag. The main pavilion of the iconic Del Coronado Hotel is recreated in this majestic birdhouse!

Easy to install, Purple Martin House features a generous mounting base with a sleeve that fits right on your 4x4 post. Because proper habitat is crucial for attracting martins, open areas are best, and if near water-even better.

Required mounting height is at least 12 to 14 feet. Simple clean-out with removal of 5 brass screws on bottom.

Constructed of exterior grade ply-board for walls and floor. Kiln-dried hardwoods and pine for details, with outdoor non-toxic paint.
