The Manse Purple Martin birdhouse features unsurpassed quality, with 10 separate nesting apartments. Each measures a minimum of 6x6x6 (per Purple Martin.org specs) and is protected by a metal predator guard.

First floor entrances are 1" above the surrounding porch. Second and third floor entrances feature a "Juliet" balcony 1" below the entrance. The Manse Purple Martin House features a lift off roof for easy clean-out, while the first and second floor apartments lift out for easy cleaning as well. Square base features the post collar (all vinyl) that fits right on your 4x4 post.
