This Birdhouse is hand carved and painted, and totally functional with twist-off base for easy clean out. The 1-1/8" entrance hole is nestled inside the Looney's big beak. Perfect size for chickadees, warblers and other small songbirds. Adorable wood birdhouse, this Looney Bird is here to house your feathered friends! Complete with screw-eye hook and heavy hemp rope for hanging.

Birdhouse Measures: 11.5" long x 7" tall x 5" deep.

Please Note: The manufacturer does suggest a thin coat of polyurethane if houses are to be kept in severe weather. This will help to further preserve the paint, while immensely helping birds during frigid and wet weather. Birdhouses will offer them protection from predators and places to roost.
