Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Some custom items ship direct from an artist and may take upwards

of 1-2 weeks for delivery.

We offer FREE Shipping on orders of $95.00 or more (Continental US Only)
Purchased e-gift cards are not included in this total.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Surcharge of $15.00 will be added at checkout.

For orders within the continental 48 states:
Items shipped USPS Priority Mail are usually received within 2-3 business days of shipping.
Items shipped UPS Ground or FedEx are usually received within 2-5 business days.
Please Note: Free Shipping does not apply to Pedestal and Staked Bird Baths to West Coast.
CA, WA, OR will incur a flat $20 shipping fee as our shipping cost is considerably higher at $35 to $60.

Canada Provinces:
USPS Priority Mail and UPS shipping are available on most items.
$25.00 - $40 Surcharge will be applied at Checkout, pending destination.
You will pay actual shipping rate, any overage will be refunded back to your credit card immediately upon package manifestation.
You may also opt to use Bongo Freight Forwarder for the lowest rates.
Transit times vary from 6 to 10 business days.

International Orders:
We have partnered with Bongo International to fulfill international orders. Bongo provides world-wide customers with their own permanent US forwarding address for a $5.00 registration fee. Once you have completed their registration process, and placed your order, the item will be shipped to Bongo's global distribution center for export to your country.

Backorder Policy

In the event we are out of stock on a particular item, you will be notified via e-mail and/or telephone. You will have the option of waiting until the item becomes available, or receiving a full refund immediately upon notification of the backordered item.

Can I return it?

At the birdhouse chick your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!
If there's any problem with your order, simply call us within 7 days of receipt to obtain
an RMA code (return merchandise authorization). You may return the item within 10 days
of the original purchase date - for an exchange or refund.

Custom Orders: Made to order pieces are not refundable. If there is damage during transit, then of course... we'll make it right!

Shipping Fees: If you received free shipping, we paid for it. If your return is due to a "change of heart" you are responsible for the return shipping. Please insure your package. If you've paid for shipping and have a "change of heart" your refund will exclude shipping charges. This is simply due to high cost of shipping, plus the materials and time involved.

A re-stocking fee of up to 25% may apply on some items.
This fee will be deducted from your refund due. Some items do ship direct from our distributor or manufacturers. Please inquire if you habe any doubt.

Should the item arrive damaged, no costs to you will be incurred.
Please notify us immediately so that we can schedule a pickup for return.
You will have the option for a replacement of a duplicate item, or a refund back to same method of payment. All items must be returned in their original packaging. We will do everything within our power to make you happy.

Damaged Goods Policy

Should your purchase arrive damaged, simply call us upon inspection of the item. 866.478.8265. You may also email or fax us at 866.917.8288 Please keep all packaging materials and let us know the condition of the item and packaging materials.

You will be asked to re-pack the item, so that a pick can be scheduled through the same delivery service. A replacement item will be sent upon receipt of the original merchandise, or if you choose, a full refund issued back to your orinial method of payment. We will make it as painless as possible for you!
