Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Some custom items ship direct from an artist and may take upwards
of 1-2 weeks for delivery.
We offer FREE Shipping on orders of $95.00 or more (Continental US Only)
Purchased e-gift cards are not included in this total.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Surcharge of $15.00 will be added at checkout.

In the event we are out of stock on a particular item, you will be notified via e-mail and/or telephone. You will have the option of waiting until the item becomes available, or receiving a full refund immediately upon notification of the backordered item.
Can I return it?
At the birdhouse chick your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!
If there's any problem with your order, simply call us within 7 days of receipt to obtain
an RMA code (return merchandise authorization). You may return the item within 10 days
of the original purchase date - for an exchange or refund.

Custom Orders: Made to order pieces are not refundable. If there is damage during transit, then of course... we'll make it right!
Shipping Fees: If you received free shipping, we paid for it. If your return is due to a "change of heart" you are responsible for the return shipping. Please insure your package. If you've paid for shipping and have a "change of heart" your refund will exclude shipping charges. This is simply due to high cost of shipping, plus the materials and time involved.
A re-stocking fee of up to 25% may apply on some items.
Should the item arrive damaged, no costs to you will be incurred.
Damaged Goods Policy
Should your purchase arrive damaged, simply call us upon inspection of the item. 866.478.8265. You may also email or fax us at 866.917.8288 Please keep all packaging materials and let us know the condition of the item and packaging materials.
You will be asked to re-pack the item, so that a pick can be scheduled through the same delivery service. A replacement item will be sent upon receipt of the original merchandise, or if you choose, a full refund issued back to your orinial method of payment. We will make it as painless as possible for you!
