Back-order Policy

In the event we are out of stock on a particular item, you will be notified promptly via e-mail and/or telephone. You will have the option to wait until the item becomes available, or opt for an immediate refund upon notification of the back-ordered item.

Can I return it?

At the birdhouse chick your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!
If there's any problem with your order, simply call us within 7 days of receipt to obtain an RMA code (return merchandise authorization). You may return the item within 10 days of the original purchase date - for an exchange or refund.

Re-stocking fee applies: Some items do incur a re-stocking fee. See details below.

Custom Orders: Made to order pieces are not refundable. If there is damage during transit, then of course... we'll make it right!

Shipping Fees: If you received free shipping, it means we paid for it. If your return is due to a "change of heart" you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Please insure your package. Your refund may exclude original shipping charges that were incurred processing your order, simply due to the high cost of shipping, materials used and time involved.

A re-stocking fee of up to 25% may apply on some items. This fee may be deducted from your refund. Some items do ship direct from our distributors or manufacturers. Please inquire if you have any doubt.

Should the item arrive damaged, no costs to you will be incurred.
Please notify us immediately (or within 3 days) so that we can schedule a pick-up for return. 

You will have the option for a replacement of a duplicate item, or a refund back to same method of payment. All items must be returned in their original packaging. We will do everything within our power to make you happy.

Damaged Goods Policy

Should your purchase arrive damaged, simply call us upon inspection of the item, 866.478.8265. You may also email or fax us at 866.917.8288 Please keep all packaging materials and let us know the condition of the item and packaging materials.

We may ask you to re-pack the item so that a pick-up can be scheduled through the same delivery service.  A replacement item will be sent upon receipt of the original merchandise, or if you choose, a full refund issued back to the original method of payment. Should there be any problem... we will make it as painless as possible for you!
