Back Orders
In the event something you’ve ordered is out of stock, you’ll be notified promptly via email and/or phone. You’ll have the option to wait until the item becomes available or opt for an immediate refund.

At The Birdhouse Chick, your satisfaction is paramount to us. If there's an issue with your order, please call or email us within 3 days of receipt to let us know. We send replacement parts for damaged items. All returns must have an RMA code (return merchandise authorization). You may return the item within 7 days of the original purchase date for an exchange or refund. Shipping costs are excluded.

Please be sure to contact us for the correct return address before sending anything back, as some items may require an alternate shipping address.

Note: A restocking fee of 15% to 20% will be applied to each purchase ($10 minimum) This fee will be deducted from your refund due. Some items ship direct from artists, distributors or manufacturers. Please inquire should you have any doubt.

Custom, made-to-order pieces are non-refundable. Should damage occur during transit, then of course we'll make it right.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. We will refund (or exchange) your purchase excluding original shipping cost. If you received free shipping, it means we paid the fee for your delivery. To protect yourself in the event of loss or damage when making a return, please insure your package. Your refund may also exclude additional charges incurred in processing your order. This is due to the high cost of shipping, packing materials, time and labor.

All items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging.

Damaged Goods Policy
We make every effort to pack our items with extreme care. Should your item arrive damaged a replacement will be sent promptly. Please notify us within 3 days so we may rectify the situation: 866-478-8265 or

Best to open your birdhouse, feeder or bird bath upon receipt of the item. Keep all packaging materials and shipping box. We'll need to confirm the condition of the item and outer carton to complete our claims process.

Photos may be required for damage caused by carriers. Note that you may be asked to re-pack your item prior to a scheduled pick up.

We understand how disappointing it feels to receive a damaged item, and we’ll do everything possible to rectify the situation in a way that’s as painless and easy as possible for you.

Order Cancellations:
Transaction fees (credit card processing 5%) are non-refundable.
