Q. I've entered the wrong shipping address... now what?
A. No worries, just shoot us an email to email@example.com with the correct info. We want your birdhouse going to the correct address as well!
Q. Why doesn't my discount code work?
A. For custom-made orders, live meal worms, and large items shipped via motor freight, discount codes may not be applicable. Some handmade artisan items may also be excluded from discount codes... because sometimes it's tougher than pulling teeth to get and offer their cool birdhouses or bird feeders! You may also have an expired discount code.
Q. It says Free Shipping over $125... what the heck?
A. Some items which ship in two (sometimes three) boxes may be excluded from the Free Shipping offer. If FedEx and UPS were not so ridiculous, we wouldn't even have this question here! An oversize rate of $15 may be applied to the item (like a 5-foot tall church birdhouse), even though it says free shipping. Large, heavy or multi-box items may apply to the oversize rate. Bummer... we know.
Q. Can you gift-wrap it for me?
A. If the item is one that's in stock and of reasonable size, we'll always do our best to accommodate! Gratis of course... though we really can't guarantee this service during busy holidays like Christmas or Mother's Day. We do take great pride in a thoughtful presentation for your gift, most times with a hand written note to the lucky recipient, along with a little extra something for their birds :)
Q. I'm in Canada, why is the shipping cost so high?
A. We ship via USPS into Canada and rates are determined by weight and Provence. You'll only pay the actual shipping cost as any overage is refunded back to your payment method. USPS prints the rate directly on their labels so you can verify the cost.

A. We use FedEx, UPS Ground, and USPS Mail.

Q. Do you charge sales tax on purchases?
A. Items purchased within the state of Georgia incur 7% state sales tax.
No other states will incur a sales tax.
