Payment & Processing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ApplePay, GooglePay and Shop Pay.

My discount code isn't working

For custom-made orders, live meal worms, and large items shipped via motor freight, discount codes may not be eligible. Additionally, some handmade artisan items are excluded from discounts, because these items can be tougher than pulling teeth to track down! You may also have an expired discount code. If you have any questions about your code or think you may be receiving a code error message by mistake, please get in touch. We’re here and happy to help.

Can I cancel my order?

While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

Shipping

How do I update my shipping address?

No worries, just shoot us an email at info@thebirdhousechick.com with the correct info. We want your birdhouse to ship to the correct address as well!

Help! Tracking shows my package shows as delivered- but I don't have it?

Please be sure another family member didn't already bring the package inside. Sounds silly but this happens quite often! The driver may have left the box somewhere other than your front porch. Please check around your home to see if the box was possibly left at a side door or garage. Sometimes packages are scanned while still on the delivery truck- without being delivered :(  Please give it one more day to see if your order arrives.

What shipping methods do you use, and what are the rates?

We use FedEx, UPS Ground, and USPS Mail. With a focus on both quality and reasonable rates, we always try to use the most economical service for our customers. Note that some items may ship from different artists or locations, which can extend shipping times. Please see our shipping page for detailed info about rates.
