Q. Why doesn't my discount code work?
A. For custom-made orders, live mealworms, and items shipped via motor freight, discount codes will not be applicable. Some handmade artisan items may also be excluded from discounts... because sometimes it's worse than pulling teeth to get them! You may also have an expired discount code.

Money orders and cashiers checks are accepted through the USPS Mail and should be made out to: the birdhouse chick
Personal checks are also accepted, but must clear the bank prior to shipping merchandise.

Q. Do you charge sales tax on purchases?
A. Items purchased within the state of Georgia incur 7% state sales tax.
No other states will incur a sales tax.
