Can I return it?
At the birdhouse chick your satisfaction is paramount to us.

If there's an issue with your order, simply call us within 3 days of receipt to obtain an RMA code (return merchandise authorization). You may return the item within 7 days of the original purchase date - for an exchange or refund.

Please be sure to contact us for the correct return address as some items may require an alternate shipping address.

Re-stocking Fee: Re-stocking fees of 15% to 20% will be applied to each purchase ($10 minimum)
This fee will be deducted from your refund due. Some items ship direct from artists, distributors or manufacturers. Please inquire should you have any doubt.

Custom Orders: Made to order pieces are non-refundable. Should damage occur during transit, then of course... we'll make it right.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, we still covered the cost. If your return is due to a "change of heart" you are responsible for return shipping. Please insure your package. Your refund may exclude the charges incurred in processing your order. Thus is due to the high cost of shipping, packing materials and time involved.

Should the item arrive damaged please notify us within 3 days so that we can schedule a return pick-up. 866-478-8265.
You will have the option for replacement or refund to same method of payment.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
We will do everything within our power to make you happy.

Please keep all packaging materials and let us know the condition of the item and outer carton. A photo may be required for damage caused by carrier and claims process.

You may be asked to re-pack the item, so that a pick-up can be scheduled through the same delivery service.

A replacement item will be sent upon receipt of the original merchandise, or if you choose, a refund issued back to the original method of payment. We will make it as painless as possible for you.
