Excellent, they kept me informed every step of the purchase process and I love the product.
My husband purchased the birdbath as a gift. I love it as much as my feathered friends. I find it easy to clean. Beth, my contact, was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I will purchase future items from The Birdhouse Chick! Debra Von Koepping
I don't believe I have ever had better, more caring or faster service than I did with the Birdhouse Chick. We got our incredible bubbling fountain and the birds absolutely LOVE it. Sometimes we'll have 15 or 20 either waiting or splashing around in it at the same time. I can't wait for the migrants to come! It will be such fun watching them frolic. This is absolutely the best online service I have ever had. I would definitely order again...and again...and again!
Love this birdbath. It is so pretty. The only downside is the little suction cup feet on the pump don't really hold onto the bottom of the bird bath well. I used a rock to hold the pump down :)
