My overall experience with this company was excellent. The bird house is beautiful, the copper top was a wonderful add on option, the communication from the company was great. My only comments would be I thought I ordered the house in this picture but mine came with perches, the top of my box was a little smashed so I had to fix the copper top but that was a shipping issue and overall it was a pretty expensive item in the end but worth it..
